Grievance procedures
The documents which are available on this page set out the procedures which are to be followed in the event of a grievance under the Scheme. There are two separate procedures:
- Solicitors' Assistance Scheme Grievance Procedure in respect of assisted person complaining about guidance given under the scheme. This is relevant where an assisted person has received guidance and/or advice from a scheme member under the SAS
- Solicitors' Assistance Scheme Grievance Procedure for scheme members/applicants . This is relevant to any scheme member or Solicitor applying to become a scheme member and which arises out of his/her membership or application for membership.
